Abstract:

The aim of the research is to demonstrate the role between positive leadership in achieving the educational, in a way that secures a strong building within distinguished scientific organizations, innovation, creativity, and good non-traditional ideas that raise education at its highest levels. Private colleges, either the importance of research is working to make leadership a role for purposeful and developed educational organizations through the research variables, their dimensions, and the relationships between them, and the problem of the study was crystallized through the characteristics of leadership, self-control and self-confidence, and inspiring others, so we had to present the elements of this study in order to develop In the educational renaissance in all its fields.
