الملخص

The current research adopted a goal represented in raising intellectual trends and features of practical applications to theoretical interactions to shed light on two administrative variables (entrepreneurial capital, organizational obedience) as an important link in the success and development of pioneering thought to enhance the role of senior management as a solid capital for the present and future of the organization, and thus it is increasing The importance of the research from the importance of its variables and to prove the validity of its hypotheses in the possibility of the impact of entrepreneurial capital on organizational obedience, and a sample of (93) respondents was identified from working in a number of premium-class hotels in the city of Baghdad, their data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the (SPSS) program. The researcher reached several results, perhaps the most prominent of which is the existence of a relationship and impact of entrepreneurial capital in promoting organizational obedience to achieve superiority among other organizations.
